\n \nOpportunity:
\nRN - Hospice
\nJob Details:
\n• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n • Every other weekend requirement
\n • 13-week contract
\n • Guaranteed 24 hours per week
\n • 1-2 years of previous Hospice experience required
\n • Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
\n • Patient ratio of 6:1
\n • Conduct head-to-toe assessments, chart changes in condition, handle phone calls, and perform death visits when a patient passes
\n • Charting completed remotely using EPIC
\n • Required certifications: WI or compact RN license and AHA or ARC BLS
\n • Travelers may be placed on call for low census hours; call back minimum is 2 hours
\n • Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
\n • Scrubs required; must be clean and work appropriate
\n • Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius

The facility emphasizes personalized, dignified care in a home-like setting, with a focus on comfort and quality of life for residents. The team utilizes EPIC for charting and maintains a collaborative approach to patient care across all shifts.
