Job Summary:
 Physician Assistant:

• Provides care and treatment of patients under the supervision of supervisory physician according to the Baptist Primary Care Protocol
• Interview patient
• Perform health history
• Physical exam
• Developmental assessment
• Order diagnostic tests
• Diagnose health problems
• Manage acute and chronic illness to degree of education-training
• Health tracking
• Counseling
• Initiate referrals
• Maintain medical records

Education/Degree Required:
 Master of Science
Experience:
1-2 years Family Practice Experience is required
Licensures:
Licensed Physician Assistant
Schedule:
Part-time, 32/40 hours/week, 8a-5pm
Location:
Baptist Primary Care/Fernandina Beach is located on South 14th Street in Fernandina Beach.
