House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

I need to have my apartment cleaned every 6 weeks. You'll need to bring a vacuum, mop, duster, toilet/sink scrubber, cleaning supplies, and whatever else is needed for the job. The whole apartment can be completely cleaned in no more than 90 minutes, more likely just one hour. The cleaning will encompass dusting furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sinks, and toilet. You don't need to clean the shower, mirrors, computer/TV screens, as I'll do that. I can only afford $40 at most.
