Job Description 

We are looking for a dependable part-time Custodian/Floater to join our team! The right candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for both customers and employees across our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership including restrooms, counters, kitchens, and doors daily
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring throughout the facility
• Restock paper products, air fresheners, toilet seat barriers, and kitchen condiments throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness of customer lounge, kids' lounge, employee breakroom, and all office areas
• Properly store, handle, and dispose of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety regulations
• Report potential hazards or safety concerns to management promptly
• Respond to emergencies requiring cleanup as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience a plus
• Clean Driving Record
• Must be 18+years of age for insurance purposes
