Requirements:

• 1+ years of Sales Manager or Internet Sales Manager experience 

• 1+ years of Finance experience - ON DESK or in OFFIC. 

• Secondary Finance knowledge is a HUGE Bonus!

• Strong leadership and team training skills

• Positive, motivating attitude

• Familiarity with Joe Verde selling systems and process a HUGE Bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and motivate sales team

• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction

• Create and maintain a positive dealership culture
