    • Can take ABIM/ABFM
  • Coverage Needs:
    • Need ASAP- Ongoing
  • Shifts:
    • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
  • Setting:
    • VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)
    • Outpatient Primary Care
    • Adult Veteran Population
  • Census:
    • 12-18pts per day
  • Support Staff:
    • Dedicated RN/LPN and Medical Assistant
    • Integrated Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Social Work, and Care Coordination Support
    • On-site Laboratory and Ancillary Services
  • Procedures:
    • Annual wellness visits
    • Chronic disease management
    • Acute sick visits
    • Preventive care
    • Medication management
  • EMR:
    • Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) transitioning to Oracle Health (Cerner)
  • Board Certification:
    • Board Certified or Eligible
  • Travel:
    • Looking for commutable candidates ideally but will be open to travel considerations
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • Approx 6-10 weeks
  • Requirements:
    • Any Activestate license
    • Active DEA
    • BLS, ACLS
    • Must have clean background
