Inventory Administrator/Component Buyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inventory Administrator / component buyer to join our growing assembly team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about inventory management and wants to make a difference in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our assembly division.

Inventory Administrator / component buyer Responsibilities & Duties

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and stock movements

·         Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

·         Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of low stock items

·         Process and track incoming material

·         Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues

·         Provide support in the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes

·         Purchase components for the electromechanical assembly group

Inventory Administrator Qualifications & Skills

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

·         Experience with ERP or inventory management software

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
