Position: Canvasser Manager
Compensation: Salary Plus Commission Plus Overrides-Earn $150K to $250K
Statewide Windows & Doors is expanding and looking for an experienced Regional Field Marketing Manager (Canvassing) for the South Florida Region to build, coach, and lead a winning door-to-door sales team.
This is a leadership opportunity with exceptional earning potential through base salary, commission, and overrides along with a company vehicle, with gas allowance is included.
Responsibilities:
- Interview and hire canvassers to constantly build your region
- Train, coach, and motivate your team
- Lead daily team meetings and field ride-alongs
- Develop neighborhood canvassing strategies
- Manage performance and drive appointment generation
- Build a positive, high-performance culture
Experience:
- Proven experience managing a large regional door-to-door canvassing team
- Experience in home improvement, water treatment, roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, or similar industries
- Strong leadership and recruiting skills
- Track record of hitting team goals
