Job Description We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. No embroidery experience is required—we're happy to train the right person. If you're hardworking, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in doing things the right way, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities - Operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered apparel. - Hoop garments and hats accurately. - Load designs and thread machines. - Monitor production and inspect finished products for quality. - Change thread colors, needles, and perform basic machine maintenance. - Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe. - Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail. - Reliable with excellent attendance. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. - Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful but not required.
