Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No Weekends
• Starting Pay: $19.23/hour
• Pay Increase to $21.50/hour after 90 days

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing orders
• Move and organize boxes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
• Read labels and accurately locate inventory
• Use handheld scanners and proprietary computer systems to track orders
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the facility
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and other material-handling equipment
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment
• Manually load boxes onto pallets and pallets onto trucks using material-handling aids
• Climb ladders as needed to retrieve inventory
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Physical Requirements

This is a highly physical position requiring continuous movement throughout the shift.

Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
• Repeatedly lift and carry boxes weighing 20-30 lbs
• Regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 100 lbs without assistance
• Perform physical labor in a warehouse environment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Previous warehouse, material handling, logistics, or production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable work ethic and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety
