Position Overview 

A highly respected Northern California hospital is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity offering an outstanding combination of scheduled clinical practice and premium call compensation.

This assignment provides a broad and engaging case mix while avoiding open heart anesthesia. Physicians will work alongside an experienced anesthesia team in a modern operating suite utilizing Epic EMR. Providers gradually transition into nights and weekends after completing daytime orientation with the permanent staff, creating an excellent onboarding experience.

Located on California's spectacular North Coast, this opportunity combines outstanding compensation with exceptional outdoor recreation including redwood forests, Pacific beaches, hiking, fishing, and year-round mild weather.

Provider Pay: Up to $360/hour plus premium call compensation.

Pay Ranking: Top 15% nationally for comparable community Anesthesiology locum assignments.
