Physical Therapist Assistant PTA

PTA Physical Therapist Assistant needed to make home visits in Pueblo or Colorado Springs areas part-time or prn.

This position offers a flexible schedule that you can set to meet the needs of the client and your unique needs. A very rewarding opportunity to use your skills to improve the lives of those needing to return to their former level of activity.

Qualification:d

- Current Colorado PTA license

- Valid Driver’s license, clean MVR, and proof of auto insurance

- Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check

Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Makes home PTA visits and provides care ordered by the physician.

- Completes required documentation that makes evident patient/family needs, interventions, and progress in accordance with clinical, quality, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborates with appropriate team members to develop and implement patient-specific plans of care.
