Job Overview

Join our healthcare team as a Private Duty RN or LPN providing compassionate, one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You'll deliver personalized care, promote health and safety, and support patients and their families while helping improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments.
• Provide skilled care including wound care, tube feeding, catheter, and ventilator management.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant electronic health records (EHR).

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
