Babysitter

We have 1 child - who will be 1-year-old. We need a nanny to come help us with childcare 8am-4 p.m. 3 days a week. Unfortunately, my schedule varies so the 3 days on weekdays can change depending on which day, so flexibility is important. I would know the dates each week up to 1 month in advance. It is important that our child gets a few structured activities, outside time, reading during the day. We do have a small older cat at home who mainly keeps to herself. My husband does work from home 4 days each week and can be around for any questions.
