Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Levelland, TX

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Industrial/Plant Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and millwright skills to support plant operations in Levelland, TX. You'll perform preventative maintenance, precision alignments, and equipment repairs to keep production systems running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and precision alignments on belted and direct-coupled equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair centrifuges, conveyors, hammermills, pumps, gearboxes, and valves.
• Conduct welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed.
• Support equipment installations and shutdown maintenance projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures and SDS guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of industrial/plant maintenance experience required (3+ years strongly preferred); candidates with up to 8 years of experience are a strong fit.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant production environment specifically
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in rotating and process equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors).
• Skilled in precision alignment, rigging, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong attendance record and a willingness to learn — attitude and reliability matter as much as technical skill.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights up to 200 ft, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, and aerial lifts a plus.
