Nanny Needed

We have a high-energy 3-year-old who is not yet potty trained, though we are actively trying. He is currently in daycare in our area but we would like to take him out and hire a full time nanny to focus on him. Our primary objectives are to get him potty trained, able to better listen to and respond to instructions and basic literacy in preparation for kindergarten. Our schedules are relatively flexible so can work with various schedules and vacation needs. Older sister, 12, will be in the home as well during the summer and after school in the fall, but does not require supervision.
