Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a household manager for about 10-15 hours per week. Looking for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without needing a detailed list every day. The right person will be organized, dependable, proactive and comfortable in our home (with dogs). Responsibilities may include: meal planning, organizing and decluttering, keeping space neat and tidy, helping us stay ahead of little tasks that pile up.
