AT&T Stadium - Event Staff - Parking Ops (Lot Attendants and Cashiers) - Now Hiring

Parking Systems of America is searching for customer service focused individuals that are dedicated to work the calendar of events at AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys!) as Event Parking Staff.

We are hiring multiple Event Parking Cashiers ($14 per hour) and Traffic Directors ($14 per hour) and are always on the look-out of strong leaders to fill the role of Parking Supervisor.

We are actively expanding our amazing Parking team for our very busy calendar events including the 2026 NFL football season at AT&T Stadium as well as numerous other events including concerts and entertainment by some of the biggest names in the business.

Events take place year round at AT&T Stadium, and staff will be invited to work events year-round, including upcoming concerts (BTS, Chris Brown, etc.), sporting events including the NFL and college football seasons, etc.

Parking at the stadium is a large operation covering over sixteen large parking lots and stretching across numerous city blocks. We are hiring many candidates for each position--feel free to have your friends apply too. This is a fun way to earn extra money!

Our goal is to ensure a pleasant parking experience for every guest, which includes processing payments efficiently, controlling traffic before, during, and after the event, and assisting guests with questions and directions. All positions require an emphasis on friendly and knowledgeable customer service as you will be working in a high-energy environment interacting with event guests and the public.

Event Parking Cashiers/Traffic Director Qualifications:

• * At least 16 years of age
• * Must attend a Job Overview/Information Session (2 hours)
• * Those seeking to work the Cashier position must attend Cashier Training (Cashier Training is held on a separate date after you are hired)
• * Reliability: Must show up to scheduled shifts
• * Punctuality: Must arrive on time to scheduled shifts
• * Excellent communication skills
• * Strong customer service background
• * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• * Vet vehicles entering protected parking areas by checking credentials
• * Process parking payments accurately and efficiently while handling transactions.
• * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• * Communicate effectively with team members to manage traffic flow and maintain order.
• * Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
• * Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.
• * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
