Packaging Line Associates - Now Hiring

Our client, A global leader in beauty and consumer products manufacturing, is seeking Packaging Production Line associates to join their team. As a Packaging line associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Packaging production line associate

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Pay Range:
1st Shift (6:45 AM - 2:45 PM): $15.91 per hour
 2nd Shift (2:45 PM- 10:45 PM): $17 per hour
3rd Shift (10:45 PM- 6:45 AM): $18 per hour
 

What’s the Job?

• Perform line assembly and packaging operations with the production process.
• Operate in various workstations based on production schedules and business needs.
• Clean and sanitize equipment while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
• Complete production documentation, prepare paperwork, and enter data into computer system.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with prevented maintenance activities.

 

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing and production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation accurately.
• Flexibility to work different workstations and adapt to changing production requirements.
