Shifts: Varies based on events schedule and client needs.

Pay: $25 - 27/hr

OverviewIndeed Flex is hiring experienced Event Hospitality Team Lead to support our clients with high-end events by leading on-site teams and ensuring smooth, professional service throughout the shift. This role is ideal for dependable hospitality professionals who excel at teamwork, communication, and attention to detail while serving as a point of support for both Flexers and event management.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate operations by assisting with pre-shift training, checking in Flexers, and reviewing event expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the shift, supporting Flexer questions and resolving guest escalations.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor.
• Perform hands-on event service, including tray service and team-based service execution
• Manage and work assigned stations alongside the team (passing plates, attending food stations, etc.) to ensure high service standards.

Shift Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team-based service model
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Provide direction and support while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Prior event, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
• Professional Attire: All-black button-up shirt, vest, tie, and full-length suit pants with a black belt.
• Footwear: Black dress shoes or black non-slip shoes.
• Grooming: Long hair must be secured back; no artificial or long nails.
• Piercings: All facial piercings must be removed

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
