Production Worker - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM

What's the Job?

• Ensure that orders are accurate and meet quality standards
• Wrap scallops and operate scales efficiently
• Stack boxes and vats securely for transportation
• Lift boxes and move products as needed to support production
• Operate and handle equipment following safety requirements

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time
• Comfort working in cold and wet environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
