Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for part-time after-school help to care for our super sweet non-verbal (but very communicative!) soon-to-be 11-year-old son who has special needs (Down syndrome and autism). We live in South Austin (near Akins High School) and are looking for help Monday through Friday in the afternoon/evenings. We need a caregiver to pick our son up from school at around 3:00, drive him to our home, and stay with him until we get home from work, which is typically between 6:00 and 6:30. We use a nanny pay service to facilitate employer tax withholding and ensure compliance with federal tax laws.
