RemX is partnering with a growing organization in the Scranton area to identify a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR systems experience who enjoys data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and working cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
Location: Scranton, PA
Schedule: Hybrid work arrangement after training | Monday-Friday | Normal Business Hours
Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain HR technology systems and related processes
- Generate and analyze HR metrics, reports, dashboards, and workforce data
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and validation efforts
- Assist with system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation projects
- Document processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage data imports, exports, and system integrations
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on HR systems functionality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve reporting capabilities
- Assist with security access administration and user permissions
- Support HR operations across areas such as recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience supporting HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, benefits administration, or related HR systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and reporting tools; ADP experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, and dashboard creation
- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, process documentation, and project support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or multi-site environments is a plus
