Light Maintenance Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable Light Maintenance to support the daily operations of a residential HOA community. Responsibilities include light maintenance, trash pickup, and keeping the property clean and presentable. A valid driver's license is required, as the associate will operate a golf cart throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and maintain the cleanliness of the property.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including minor sheetrock repairs, touch-up painting, and replacing light bulbs.
• Use a step ladder (6 feet) to replace light bulbs when needed.
• Drive a golf cart throughout the property to complete inspections and daily assignments.
• Assist with moving supplies and materials (up to 50 lbs.).
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or Spanish-speaking preferred.

·        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

• Work is performed within a private HOA community.
• Property road speed limits are 10–15 mph.
• Employees operate a golf cart for transportation within the property.
• All temporary employees work under the direction of an on-site supervisor and are never assigned to work alone.
• No electrical, plumbing, roofing, or construction work is required.
