Seed Bagger/Stacker (Grass Seed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seed Bagger & Stacker to join our production team. This position plays a key role in accurately bagging, weighing, labeling, and stacking seed products while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate seed bagging equipment to fill bags to required weight specifications
• Seal, label, and prepare seed bags for shipment
• Stack finished product neatly and securely on pallets
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
• Repetitive motion throughout shift
• Ability to work in a dusty or agricultural environment
