Material Handler I - Forklift | Warehouse & Fulfillment | Kent, WA
Location: Kent, WA 98032
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Assignment: Through December 31, 2026, with potential to extend or convert to a permanent position

We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler with forklift experience to join our warehouse and fulfillment operations in Kent, WA. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have experience with inventory and shipping/receiving, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely.
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, kit, label, and stage materials for shipment.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Complete shipping and receiving transactions.
- Use RF scanners and inventory management systems for data entry.
- Package materials according to standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience
- Previous forklift experience (required)
- Experience with:
- Shipping & Receiving
- Inventory Control
- Cycle Counting
- Picking & Packing
- Kitting
- Material Handling
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
- Reach truck, pallet jack, or other powered industrial truck experience
