Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Manage pre-employment screening, including background checks, I-9 verification, E-verify , and contract signatures to ensure legal compliance.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding journey, answering questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Make phone calls to schedule interviews and bring new applicants in.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8am-5:00pm, Fridays: 8am-4:00pm

What We’re Looking For

• Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Basic Computer and email proficiency
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Previous knowledge of i-9 and E-verify Procedures
