Laborer 

Our client is looking for a motivated individuals who want to work hard, learn new skills, and build a long-term career in heavy civil construction. No previous construction experience is required. They are willing to provide training and a future career in construction.  

Essential Duties:  

• Assisting equipment operators  
• Installing underground utilities  
• Digging and grading  
• Loading and unloading materials  
• Using hand and power tools  
• Preparing job sites  
• Setting up traffic control and safety equipment  
• Cleaning and organizing work areas  
• Supporting foremen and operators  
• Learning construction techniques from experienced team members 

Requirements:  

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.  
• OSHA 10 Required prior to hiring 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance 
• Strong work ethic  
• Positive attitude  
• Dependability  
• Willingness to learn  
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather  
• Ability to perform physical work safely  
• Reliable transportation  
• Desire to build a career
