Class A OTR Truck Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced OTR Class A Driver to join our team for car transportation. This role involves operating truck-trailers across long-distance routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of cars or other motor vehicle related goods. Experience is welcome but not mandatory, we'll do a training with you, if you are new grad. Trucks are brand new 2025/26 Ram 3500 Duallys, trailers vary. All trucks are automatic transmission and with sleepers attached. Driver needs to be able to stay on the road for minimum of 7 days. After 34 hours of rest in the hotel. Back to home after 21 days or 30 days if prefered by driver. We prefer someone located in Los Angeles or nearby (300 miles air radius).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load and unload cars safely and secure them
• Drive minimum of 8 hours a day and follow FMCSA HOS regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage logs, and other required records
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or any unforeseen delays

Skills

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record
• Ablity to pass pre-employment drug test
• Ability to load & unload car safely
• At least light knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for long-haul transportation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively during long-distance routes
