Meridian Home Service Pros is searching for a highly motivated, self-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to help build what we believe will become one of the premier home service companies in the South. Our first division is Pest Control, but this is only the beginning. Our vision is to expand aggressively throughout the Southern United States, adding multiple home service divisions and building a company known for exceptional service, innovation, and a world-class culture.
What You'll Do
- Generate new residential and commercial customers through door-to-door, networking, referrals, and self-generated leads.
- Build relationships within the community.
- Educate homeowners and business owners on the value of professional pest control.
- Represent Meridian Home Service Pros with professionalism and integrity.
- Consistently exceed sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your success determines your income.
As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll earn 30% of the total first-year contract value for every customer you bring on board.
Commission is paid in two stages:
- 15% paid immediately once the customer signs their service agreement and completes the initial service.
- The remaining 15% is paid after the customer successfully completes two recurring maintenance services, rewarding long-term customer retention.
There is no cap on your commissions. The more customers you acquire, the more you earn.
