Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys working with people, and has experience or interest in electronics and mobile devices. This role involves assisting customers with product sales, identifying phone models, recommending accessories, and helping customers with repair drop-offs and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish.
• Sell mobile phone accessories, including cases, screen protectors, chargers, and other electronic products.
• Identify and recognize various smartphone brands and models to recommend compatible products.
• Check in customer devices for repairs, accurately document issues, and process repair drop-offs.
• Explain repair services, pricing, and estimated turnaround times.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on new phone models, accessories, and technology trends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of smartphones, electronics, and mobile accessories.
• Ability to identify different phone models and recommend compatible products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) experience is a plus.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
