• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other office technology
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a persuasive, goal-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, phone-intensive work environment

Business Development Representative Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate business opportunities
• Schedule appointments and accurately document conversations
• Maintain a minimum of 5 hours of daily talk time
• Enter detailed call notes and update customer records in the CRM system
• Prepare for calls and manage follow-up activities to support sales goals
• Consistently work toward individual and team performance objectives

Pay, Schedule & Work Environment

• Pay: $20.20 per hour with bonus opportunities
• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 7:30 start time and end time varies based on appointment-setting goals
• No more than 8 hours per day
• Once weekly goals are met, you may finish your workweek early while still being paid for 40 hours
