Penmac Staffing is hiring Poultry Production Workers for a poultry processing facility in the Butterfield, MO area. We have immediate full-time openings in the Cut-Up, Marination, and Live Hang departments on multiple shifts. Starting pay ranges from $15.40 to $17.90 per hour.

Requirements for Poultry Production Worker

Good attendance is required
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to wear rubber boots while working
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment
Some heavy lifting may be required
Must be willing to complete employee and client safety orientations
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Ability to follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Must be able to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed

Poultry Production Worker Responsibilities (Depending on the department assigned, duties may include:)

Processing poultry products in the Cut-Up or Marination departments
Hanging live poultry on the production line in the Live Hang department
Trimming, sorting, handling, and packaging products
Maintaining food safety and quality standards
Following workplace safety procedures at all times
Keeping work areas clean and organized
Assisting with daily production goals and line operations

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift Cut-Up/Marination

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

2nd Shift Cut-Up/Marination

Monday through Friday
4:00 PM until production is complete (typically 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM)

2nd Shift Live Hang

Monday through Thursday
1:45 PM to 12:45 AM

Pay Range: $15.40 to $17.90 per hour
