Welder & Fabricator – 1st Shift


Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday)


We are currently seeking an experienced MIG / TIG / ARC Welder & Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a stable, well-established company that values quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term employee success.

This position involves welding and fabricating a variety of components while maintaining high quality standards and working from engineering drawings and blueprints. Candidates should take pride in producing precision welds and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble components to required specifications.
  • Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
  • Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work independently while collaborating with production and engineering teams.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
  • Experience with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use tape measures, calipers, squares, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
