Homebound is looking for a motivated Carpenter Apprentice who wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry—not just find another job.

As a Carpenter Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced carpenters on residential remodeling and construction projects while completing the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Apprenticeship Program. This is a hands-on, earn-while-you-learn opportunity that provides classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and a clear path toward becoming a skilled journeyman carpenter. Our goal is to give you the path to stay and grow with Homebound or move on to start your own company if that's what is best for your situation.

What You'll Do

• Assist with residential remodeling and carpentry projects
• Learn framing, finish carpentry, siding, roofing, and other construction skills
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work alongside experienced craftsmen who are invested in your success
• Attend and successfully complete the ABC apprenticeship curriculum

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work
• No experience required—we'll teach the right person
