Nanny Needed For My Children

I want someone my kids feel safe with. They should be excited and not timid. My kids will listen best with routine . They absolutely must be able to openly express themselves free from judgment. My kids wake up around 630-7a, eat breakfast around 8, play games, have lunch around 11. Then my 2-year-old goes down for a nap around 12/1230. My 4-year-old is ONLY allowed tv during quiet time. Otherwise we go outside to play. Quiet time ends around 3 and they have a snack shortly after. They play some more till 530/6 to eat dinner. They get baths at 630. In bed by 7 to read them a book till 730.
