• you must have at least 3 years of acute care experience
• 3+ years of experience
• A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification

• Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the general Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of diverse patient populations utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Ensure holistic care addressing patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
• Work closely with the Unit Director, Clinical Nurse Lead, and/or Nursing Supervisor during shifts.
