General Manager - Now Hiring

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Wingstop restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and team performance. This role manages staff hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance while maintaining company standards for safety, cleanliness, and profitability. The General Manager leads the team to achieve sales goals, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Position does come with competitive Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 21+ years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
