Patient Financial Services (Revenue Cycle) Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patient Financial Services (Revenue Cycle) Manager to lead billing, customer service, cash application, and revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, improving processes, and ensuring accurate patient billing and payment activities.

Shift: Days
Salary: $82,000 – $128,000/year

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient billing, collections, and customer service teams
• Oversee cash application, payment posting, and account reconciliation
• Lead, train, and develop revenue cycle staff
• Monitor team performance and ensure quality standards
• Handle patient account issues and financial counseling processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve revenue cycle operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  (Equivalent experience may be considered)
• 5+ years of patient accounting, revenue cycle, or healthcare billing experience
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Treasury or cash management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
