General Laborer Clean-Out Crew
Mancan is currently seeking hardworking General Laborers to join a company specializing in residential and commercial cleanouts. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, helping others, and don't mind getting a little dirty, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Remove debris, junk, and unwanted materials from homes, businesses, and job sites
Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment
Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 100 pounds safely
Clean and prepare work areas before and after projects
Sort, organize, and properly dispose of materials
Use hand tools and equipment as needed
Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Compassionate, respectful, and professional when interacting with customers, as you may be working in homes and assisting families during difficult situations
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous general labor, construction, demolition, moving, or clean-out experience is a plus, but not requiredwe're willing to train motivated candidates!
Schedule:
Work hours will vary depending on the job site. Shifts may be 5 or6 hours, and candidates must be flexible and available to work either shift length based on the daily schedule.
$ Pay: $15.00/PH,
