Job Title: Material Handler - 1st shift $18.25 / 2nd shift $19.35
Job Description
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to efficiently move materials to and from production lines. Your role will involve gathering inventory and delivering it to production lines, as well as transporting materials from docks to inventory and vice versa. You will stage, stack, and wrap pallets, prepare products for shipment, and load and unload trucks. The role is divided equally between the production area and the warehouse/shipping area.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials.
- Gather inventory and deliver it to production lines.
- Transport materials from docks to inventory and from lines to docks.
- Stage, stack, and wrap pallets.
- Prepare products for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Ability to load and unload trucks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in chemical, oil, or food manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions.
- Experience in packaging, picking, packing, batch mixing, lifting, sorting, counting, and staging.
- Ability to multitask and handle labor-intensive tasks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.35/hr.
