Picker Packer 1st Shift

BBSI is hiring Picker/Packers immediately!

We're looking for dependable warehouse associates to join a leading global manufacturer of industrial automation products.

Pay Rate: $18.50

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

OT: Overtime available, optional Saturday work

Job Duties

• Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners
• Pack and label products for shipment
• Accurately fulfill orders using pick lists
• Perform inventory put-away using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Complete cycle counts as assigned
• Report inventory discrepancies and low stock levels
• Operate manual pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience with handheld RF scanners and WMS systems is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good math and counting skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
