Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of 180,000–200,000 based on experience
- 10,000 sign-on bonus
- 5,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Open to experienced optometrists, including VISA candidates
- Comfortable practicing in a medical-focused optometry model
- Board certification preferred but not required
