Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My mother has dementia. I need someone to watch her afterwork on 2 Mondays a month while I am at work. I would need someone to pick her up from an adult daycare and watch her until I get off of work. About the care needs: Someone who can make sure that my mother is okay by making sure she has help moving safely and going to the bathroom if needed. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
