Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a warm, playful, engaged caregiver for our daughters. They are 3 and 2 and have very big imaginations. My wife works from home but she cant juggle them anymore, they need play and structured activities, and someone to get to know them and help them continue to become the sweet little girls they are becoming. Lately my wife has been slapping a tablet in their hands to keep them busy, and I refuse to do that any longer. My children are playful, smart, curious, and love to use their imaginations and play hide and seek, I dont want to see this dulled by a tablet, so we are seeking in home care assistance. My wife can handle diapers and meals, this is a strict play time role.
