Cloverleaf Pub & Restaurant is a busy, locally owned neighborhood pub looking for an experienced Line Cook / Short Order Cook to join our kitchen team. We're searching for someone who is dependable, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing consistently great food.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook burgers, sandwiches, wings, pizza, appetizers, and other menu items.
• Cook and plate multiple orders accurately during busy dinner service.
• Prep food before each shift, including portioning, chopping, and stocking your station.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Keep your work area clean and organized throughout your shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work as part of a team to provide fast, friendly service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen cleaning.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of line cook or short-order cooking experience required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or pub.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient while working under pressure during busy meal periods.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining food quality, consistency, and speed.
• Strong sense of urgency and pride in producing quality food.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 21+ years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Background check
• Restaurant back of house skills: dishwashing
• Restaurant back of house skills: grill station
• Restaurant back of house skills: fry station
• Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Restaurant front of house skills: running food
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: late at night
