Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30PM - 12:00AM | OT as needed

Openwork is partnering with a well-established global manufacturer with more than 70 years of industry leadership to hire dependable Assembly Operators. This organization is known for producing high-quality wooden reels distributed worldwide and for maintaining a structured, team-oriented work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
- Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy.
- Weigh, label, and tag completed products.
- Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection.
- Perform quality inspections to meet company standards.
- Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
