Full Time | $35-$46/hour

As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential and independence. Our Occupational Therapists work closely with patients who are recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, and provide them with the skills and strategies they need to succeed in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness

• Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans to address patients' goals and needs

• Provide treatment sessions, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and skill-building

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication

• Document patient progress and report findings to the interdisciplinary team

• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to patient care planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients, as well as stand, walk, and sit for extended periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
