Job Description
Are you the go-to problem solver at the press brake?

Do you instinctively think about bend allowances, back gauge strategy, and tooling selection when you see a flat pattern? Can you read a print, plan your sequence, and deliver a first-article that passes inspection on the first run? If so, this role is built for you.

What you’ll do
  • Operate Strippit LVD CNC and NC Brake Presses with confidence and precision.
  • Run both CNC and manual press brake equipment to meet engineering drawings and production targets.
  • Set up machines, select tooling, and optimize back gauges and bend sequences for accuracy and repeatability.
  • Interpret blueprints, flat patterns, and work orders with exacting attention to detail.
  • Perform first-article inspections and verify dimensions using calipers, protractors, height gauges, and other precision tools.
  • Keep quality consistent throughout the run by monitoring machine performance and making timely adjustments.
  • Handle material safely—load and unload sheet metal using hoists or manual methods.
What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of hands-on press brake experience in fabrication or manufacturing (CNC background preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, bend deductions, and fabrication symbols.
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal materials, thicknesses, bend allowances, and forming characteristics.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift or overhead crane certification.
  • Experience with Amada, Accurpress, Cincinnati, or comparable CNC press brake systems.
When and how you’ll work
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday
  • Optional overtime: Half-day Saturdays are sometimes available
  • Compensation: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Why join this team?
  • Build precision parts that go into real-world industrial applications.
  • Work with teammates who value craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Own your setup decisions and see your impact in every finished piece.
Ready to press the advantage?

If you love turning prints into flawless bends and enjoy a clean, organized, quality-first environment, we’d like to meet you.
