Your Impact

• Install, assemble, and maintain marine piping systems per specifications and blueprints.
• Lay out, measure, cut, and fit pipe with accuracy using proper tools and methods.
• Pressure-test and inspect systems to detect leaks and correct issues.
• Work side-by-side with welders and other trades to keep schedules on track.
• Practice rigorous safety and follow all applicable regulations.
• Provide clear, courteous communication to clients and teammates.
• Care for tools and equipment to ensure reliability and readiness.
• Tack-weld components using various welding disciplines to prepare for final welds.

What You Need to Succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a pipefitter in the marine/shipyard environment.
• At least 4 years of hands-on pipefitting experience.
• Comfort with basic math and reading tasks.
• Knowledge of layout, fit-up, fabrication, and installation of pipe, flanges, and valves.
• Ability to safely use a range of hand tools.
• Thorough understanding of piping systems, materials, and tools.
• Blueprint and technical drawing literacy.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
